Faster Class (Running)

This class is a one of a kind mobility practice designed to improve running technique and promote pain free running. Scott has spent over a decade studying running technique, body mechanics, foot mechanics and pain science to create this one of a kind offering. This class is not running coaching, it's designed to improve body mechanics and muscle response to increase endurance, speed and eliminate pain while running.
