A warm, slow and relaxing practice, this class can often feel like you are doing  little more than stretching and resting during, but has incredible health impact for the body and mind that you notice after. A great recovery class if you've had a hard run or workout earlier in the day, or even just a way to keep the body healthy. The longer held postures have a deep impact on the joints and its one of our favourites for whole body health.
