Hatha Flow Yoga

A heated Hatha Yoga class where we flow one posture to the next in sequences full of down dogs, planks, lunges and backbends. Where yoga meets dance, this class can feel like choreography as we move together with our breath and work up a serious sweat. A unique blend of light cardio and hip opening, this class can be a little challenging, but ultimately exhilarating.
